I'm the founder of Creating Value LLC, a consulting and automation practice based in Memphis, Tennessee.
My day job? I serve as Fractional CTO for an established multi-location B2B restaurant supply company. That means I'm in the trenches daily — implementing AI automation with human staff and existing customers, not just theorizing about it.
Before the AI obsession, I spent years in digital marketing and web development. But when AI started actually working (not just promising to work), I rebuilt my entire practice around it. The old playbooks are dead. I'm here for what's next.
I'm a Memphis native, Auburn grad, and someone who's been building things on the internet since the days when that required explaining what "the internet" was.
Outside of work, you'll find me at live music shows (Phish, Widespread Panic, anything with a good jam), involved with the Greater Memphis Chamber, or serving on the board at Page Robbins Adult Day Center.
I also run WeAddBots, a community-focused AI meetup for Memphis small businesses. It started as a way to share what I was learning — turns out a lot of people were hungry for practical AI guidance that wasn't trying to sell them something.
Progress over perfection. I'd rather ship something that works in 2 weeks than plan the perfect solution for 6 months.
Humans in the loop. AI is a tool, not a replacement. The goal is making your team more effective, not eliminating them.
Keep it simple. The best automation is the kind your team actually uses. If it's too complicated, it's worthless.
Boutique by design. I only take projects that fit my knowledge, skills, and genuine interest. That means I can actually deliver — not just promise.
